Fees and Costs
Our fees vary by the type of service provided:
Business sales - We charge a modified Lehman scale for business sales. Fees are payable only upon successful sale and are based on total purchase price calculated on a sliding scale.

Business Acquisitions - We charge a non-refundable retainer and 4% of purchase price.
Business valuations - We charge an advance retainer and an hourly rate ranging from $150.00 to $225.00 per hour earned against the retainer.
Litigation matters - All litigation services are charged at $225.00 per hour.
